The Merc with the Mouth is back and bolder than ever.

Funnier, filthier & incredibly more violent than the original, Deadpool 2 brings the heat in a sequel that is for the fans.

Reynolds portrayal of Deadpool has to be one of the best versions of a Superhero we are yet to witness on screen. His hilarity and ability to really make the character his own is truly something to behold. Never have we come close to seeing a character so perfect for one actor.

The action, the jokes, the characters. Everything within the Deadpool universe makes it so pleasing and so enjoyable for its fans. It’s not scared to push boundaries. It’s not lowering ratings to ‘fill seats’, it’s simply being true to its source material.

Deadpool is a refreshing inclusion into an ordinary Superhero dominated season. Taking what we love from those films and combining it with so much more. The film itself took diversity to another level, applauding inclusion and showing that a great film can be made welcoming everyone into the group (Here’s looking at you, Peter).

Brolin and Reynolds chemistry throughout the film radiates through a plethora of action, sincerity and breaking the 4th wall. Although this film may not slam the box office offerings of ‘Infinity War’, this is by far the superior film. Striking a claim and removing a panther from the throne.

2018, so far is living up to the hype delivering film after film. However, I think we have a sure-fire runner with Deadpool 2 for ‘fan favourite’ of the year. Go see it now.
